For the burgers with broccoli and mushrooms, first mix all the ingredients for the mince, knead and let sit for about 30 minutes.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and dice mushrooms if necessary. Blanch broccoli in boiling water and place briefly in ice water. Then cut into slices. Peel potatoes and also cut into thin slices.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent, add mushrooms and sauté briefly. Add whipped cream and season.

Divide the mince into equal pieces and form into thin loaves (2-3 per person). Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side (depending on thickness) or fry with a little olive oil.

Cut burger buns in half and briefly grill (or pan fry with a little) cut side down. Fill alternately with minced meat, mushrooms, slices of potatoes as well as broccoli.

Serve burgers with broccoli and mushrooms.
