Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

The flour on the surface form, press a hollow in the center, sprinkle the sugar, cut the butter into small pieces and the egg in the middle of the mixture form.

Chop the mixture well with a kitchen knife and then knead it together. Roll out the dough on the surface dusted with flour and press it into a cake mold. If the shortcrust pastry sticks when rolled out, chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites to snow.

Whip the egg yolks with sugar until creamy and light in color and 2-3 times the original volume. Add sour cream or crème fraiche, curd cheese, whipped cream, flour and juice of one lemon and stir.

Gently stir in the snow.

The filling on the short pastry form. Bake at 180 degrees / gas 2-3 1 h – 1h 20 min. Do not open the oven during baking, otherwise the cake may collapse. It is best to cool the cake in the oven, i.e. open a crack and clamp an oven mitt in between.
