Instructions:

For Salmon Burgers with Mushrooms and Asia BBQ Sauce, start by baking green burger buns.

For the BBQ sauce, bring all ingredients to a boil, then set aside.

Sauté mushrooms in a little butter, season with sea salt and ground pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Season salmon fillets with sea salt, ground pepper and coriander. Sear in a pan with a little olive oil for 2 minutes on each side, set pan aside and let salmon cool slightly in pan.

Cut burger buns in half and toast in a pan without oil.
