Instructions:

Boil the potatoes, strain, let cool and peel.

Strain the vegetable corn and put it in a salad bowl. Peel and chop the onion, slice the potatoes.

Mix vinegar, oil, salt and sugar to make a marinade.

Add the sliced potatoes to the corn in the bowl, spread the chopped onion and marinade on top, stir and season the salad with pepper.
