Instructions:

Drain the yogurt. Now whip the yogurt, sugar and ground saffron until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a large enough bowl and garnish with the pistachios. Refrigerate until the mixture is firm.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
