Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients except blueberries in a baking bowl until smooth. Pour into the container of the ice cream maker and freeze until thick.

Meanwhile, coarsely chop or crush the blueberries so that the puree still contains pieces of fruit. Pour the ice cream mixture into a large enough bowl and stir in the blueberries. Pour the mixture into a suitable container with a lid and refreeze for half an hour before serving.
