Instructions:

Cut the meat into cubes, salt and pepper.

Peel and dice the onion, sauté in a little oil, add the sliced bell bell pepper.

Stir in paprika powder, add stock and bring to a boil. Add meat and spices and cook for about 2 hours.

Season the juice with cream and cranberries and serve the venison goulash.
