Cut veal fillet into finger-thick slices. Clean and rinse mushrooms. Arrange both parts alternately on skewers and brush with oil. Roast on both sides, season with salt and sprinkle with paprika. The finished kebabs can also be doused with high-proof rum, set on fire and brought to the table. Serve with barbecue toast, relish, lettuce or French fries.
