Finely chop the fresh kitchen herbs, fill them into a sufficiently large bowl and mix them together with salt, lemon zest, olive oil and pepper, and chopped garlic.

Then rub the marinade well into the chops and grill on both sides for 8 to 10 minutes each.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
