For the turkey skewer, cut the turkey steaks, Bernese sausage, bell bell pepper, onion and zucchini into larger, skewer-sized pieces.
Alternate as desired on a skewer. Season with barbecue seasoning and roast in a grill pan. Fry remaining vegetables and the cocktail tomatoes briefly in a separate pan.
It will be especially tasty if the vegetables are also seasoned with grill spice. Steam the vegetables in a casserole dish in the oven at about 150 degrees.
Steam the rice in salted water. Arrange the turkey skewer with pan-fried vegetables and rice on a plate.
