Instructions:

For the trout fried with herbs in aluminum foil, clean and wash the trout.

Spread a thin layer of oil on the inside of the aluminum foil.

Salt and pepper the trout inside and out, sprinkle with galangal and pour the juice of one lemon.Put chopped parsley in the belly of the trout.

Place the trout on the aluminum foil and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice and wrap in the foil.

Bake the trout in the oven at 180°C for about 20 – 25 minutes.

It goes well with parsley potatoes and a sparkling white wine.
