For the party tortillas, first prepare the mince. To do this, first peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry until hot. Add the tomato paste. Add some paradeis sauce and let it boil down. Season well with salt, pepper and chili.
Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Pit the olives and cut them into small pieces. Roughly grate the cheese. Drain the corn and drain well.
Stir the sour cream until smooth and add salt. If you like it spicier, you can add chili or Sriracha to the sour cream.
Arrange all ingredients separately in bowls and place on the table.
Warm the tortillas in the oven or microwave just before serving.
All guests can now fill their own party tortillas to taste.
