For the tortellini in ham and cheese sauce, first finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in hot oil. Cut the ham into strips, add and let it fry.
In the meantime, prepare the tortellini according to package instructions. Now add the herb cream cheese to the ham, add the Parmesan cheese and whipped cream, and bring everything to the boil.
Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the finished tortellini and serve.
