For the eggnog, separate the eggs, beat the yolks with the sifted powdered sugar – there should be no lumps – with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until light yellow.

Then add the liquid whipped cream and finally the rum. Pour into a bottle and store the eggnog in the refrigerator.
