Drain bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, tangerines and pineapple.
Collect the juice from the tangerines and pineapple. For the vinaigrette, stir all ingredients and season spicy-sweet. Mix with the salad ingredients. Serve topped with melon balls, if desired.
For the kebabs, cut the meat into cubes. Clean, rinse and chop the peppers. Peel the onion and cut it into eighths. Thread all ingredients alternately onto metal skewers. Mix a marinade with soy sauce, salt, cooking oil, pepper, marjoram and honey. Put the skewers in the marinade for about 1 hour. Then roast on the broiler until crispy brown on all sides.
