Instructions:

Beat butter with honey. Gradually stir in eggs (if the mixture curdles, add a little whole wheat flour). Then add remaining ingredients together into the mixture and mix well using a wooden spoon or by hand. (The dough should have the consistency of shortbread.) Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Roll out dough between two baking mats or a cut vacuum bag not too thin and cut out as desired. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at about 160 °C for about 10 minutes until light brown on sight. Variation: Before baking, the cookies can be brushed with egg and topped with almond halves.Chocolate glaze:Melt chocolate glaze over a water bath or in the microwave at very mild heat. It should only be slightly warm. Dissolve coconut oil or butter in it and stir in.
