Instructions:

Simmer bulgur in salted water for 5 minutes, cover and let dry for 20 minutes.

Mix well pomegranate syrup, lemon juice, sumac, cumin,tomato paste, paprika puree and oil.

Mix the chopped vegetables (tomato, spring onion, cucumber, tomato, parsley, mint) with the bulgur and then season everything with the “dressing”.
