For the snowman winter cake, beat the eggs, sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and add, stir in the nuts and butter.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes. Let the cake cool and cut it in two.
Spread the first cake layer with the jam, put the second one on top. For the nougat cream, whip the cream with cream stiffener and add the nougat and powdered sugar.
Now spread 2/3 of the cream on the second half of the cake and place the third cake layer on top. Spread the remaining nougat cream on the surface and the edge. Spread the cocosette evenly on the surface of the cake.
For the decoration of the cake, shape any snowmen from the marzipan. Color details such as the scarf, nose or hats with food coloring.
For the eyes and mouth, use brown sugar lettering color and paint on.
