A bean recipe for every taste:

Carve rabbit, rinse and rub dry. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. With the butter, fry the meat until hot. Add onion and brown. Extinguish with clear soup. Add half of the wine and tarragon. Close the roaster (cover) and simmer for 50-60 minutes. Add the rest of the wine while braising. Now remove the meat and keep it warm. Stir the stock with the whipped cream, let it boil once and season with mustard and sugar (salt, pepper). Arrange the meat, pour on a little sauce.

It goes well with: – Boiled potatoes, red cabbage or beans.
