For the salmon in a bed of flowers, first cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Heat the stock and season if necessary. Season to taste with the pastis. Carefully place the salmon steaks in it and let them steep for about 4-5 minutes, depending on their thickness, until they are soft and cooked.
Place the blossoms on the plates, arrange the rice on top and place the salmon on top. Drizzle the salmon in the flower bed with a little fish stock.
