Instructions:

For the pumpkin cabbage, peel the onion and garlic.

Cut into small pieces, sauté in oil, briefly fry tomato paste and paprika powder and pour in water and a dash of vinegar.

Add the vegetable stock cubes and bring to the boil. Add the peeled, grated pumpkin and simmer the pumpkin cabbage for another 5 minutes.
