For the Rum Plums in Chocolate Glaze, place the plums in a bowl and pour rum over them. Cover and let stand for at least 1 day.
Remove the plums from the rum and place on a paper towel to drain.
For the chocolate glaze, chop the chocolate and heat it with coconut oil in a water bath. Dip the plums in it and let them dry.
Serve the rum plums in chocolate glaze.
