Instructions:

For roasted almonds put sugar, cinnamon and water in a pan and heat until everything has dissolved.

Then add the almonds and a small piece of margarine.

Stir until the water has evaporated, the sugar begins to caramelize and the almonds begin to shine.

Then place the roasted almonds on a greased baking tray and leave to cool.
