Cook strawberries in a juice of cinnamon, red wine, juice of one lemon and sugar, bind with cooled cornstarch, add the remaining berries and serve in a bowl. For the vanilla sauce, stir together the egg yolks, whipped milk, egg whites, vanilla sugar and sugar, beat over a hot water bath, pour over the red fruit jelly and garnish with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
