For the quick pumpkin pan, chop the onion. Season the mince with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion together with the mince until brown.

Cut carrots and pumpkin into cubes, add and fry briefly. Pour in the water, add the bouillon cubes and oregano and let it steam for about 15 minutes at medium heat.

Season again if necessary.
