For the quick rice pan cook basmati rice, fry the shallots and the finely chopped bacon in olive oil with a little butter, add the chopped porcini mushrooms and roast until the mushrooms take color.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream and spices and pour over the mushrooms. Allow to set, turn over, allow to set again, then tear into larger pieces, mix in the rice and the parsley.
