For pasta with porcini mushrooms, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry a little, add the diced tomatoes and parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Steam for two minutes and then add the cooked pasta dripping wet and mix well.
