Soak bread rolls in cold water for ten minutes. Peel and finely dice onions. Squeeze out the buns. Put minced meat, diced onion, squeezed out buns and eggs in a sufficiently large bowl and season with salt, pepper, mustard and paprika. Knead meat dough with the dough hook of the mixer until smooth. Press the sausage meat from the pellet to the minced meat dough and mix well. Coat the grease pan of the oven with oil. Take a heaped tablespoon of meat dough and form small balls with wet hands. Form a total of approx. 42 pieces and place them close together in the grease pan. Put them into the oven heated to 250 °C , convection oven 220 °C , gas mark 5 and roast for about 20 minutes.
