For the quick apple dessert, slice the apples into fine wedges and mix with sugar and cinnamon and lemon juice. Coarsely crumble the biscuits.
Fill 4 greased dessert baking dishes with layers of apples, raisins and biscuits. Fill up with Amaretto 4cl each and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake top/bottom heat at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
