Instructions:

For the pyre, cut the pastry into small cubes or slices.

Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or sugar.

Mix the cookies with sugar, hazelnuts, apple cubes and lemon zest and place in the mold.

For the glaze, mix all ingredients and pour evenly over the top.

Line a larger pan base with baking paper or newspaper, fill with 2 fingers of water, place the pan inside and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 20-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
