Instructions:

For the potato salt sticks, mix butter, flour, strained potato and yolks well into a dough. Roll out dough three times and let rest for at least 1/2 hour.

Form thin sticks, brush with egg, sprinkle with salt and caraway and bake at 160 degrees convection.
