For the pizza sticks with cheese, first mix flour with salt and olive oil in a bowl and then add the yeast dissolved in warm water. Mix with a mixer and let rest in a warm place, covered, for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough, roll out thinly and cut elongated pieces. Sprinkle cheese in the middle of the pieces (you can of course vary with Gouda, mozzarella, tomato paste, ham, etc.).
