Try this delicious pasta dish:

Cook pasta in boiling hot salted water for 8 min. until cooked, cool and drain.

Cut gherkins into thin slices. Clean spring onions and cut into rings. Drain silver onions. Rinse apples, cut into quarters and remove core. Finely dice flesh and sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Pluck dill flags from stems.

Mix dill, noodles, cucumbers, apple, leek and silver onions.

Divide trout fillets into bite-sized pieces and gently fold in.

For the sauce, stir together mayo, yogurt and tomato ketchup. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and orange juice. Serve sauce separately with lettuce.
