Grind 500 g of roasted pork, 250 g of veal, ham, capers and onion together in a meat grinder.
Stir the butter together with the mustard and the whipped cream and anchovy paste well with the meat mixture. Let everything rest for about 1/2 hour and season repeatedly with salt, pepper and anchovy paste.
Fits well on brown bread, baguette as well as to the party.
Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
