A cake recipe for all foodies:
Prepare sugar, almonds, egg whites and apricot jam to a dough, roll out on wafers (cut out 8 cm wide) about 1/2 cm thick (works only with a cling film over it). Coat everything together with a thin glaze of egg white mixed with powdered sugar.
Later cut about 1 1/2 cm wide strips (with scissors, otherwise it won#t work) bake at hot air 100 °C a. 20 min.
