Rinse the peppers, quarter, clean and cut into strips.
Cook the peppers with 1 tablespoon of water in a closed container at 600 watts for 5 minutes.
Mix the sour cream or crème fraiche with the paprika pulp and the paprika powder and add to the vegetables.
Cook the vegetables in the open pot for another 2 minutes at 600 watts, then season with salt.
Chicken legs go well with this.
