Brush the potatoes thoroughly under cold water, cut into quarters lengthwise and spread evenly on the tray. Pour half of the oil and half of the salt on top.

Cook in a heated oven at 200 degrees, convection oven at 170 degrees, gas mark 3, for about half an hour. In between, turn once to the other side.

In the meantime, clean the peppers and cut into strips. Cut the zucchini diagonally into pieces. Cut the garlic bulb diagonally in half. Add everything to the potatoes on the baking sheet.

Add the remaining oil and salt. Season with pepper. Add the rosemary and cook in the oven for another 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with salad and baked baguettes.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
