A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Remove the peel from the fruit, or rinse it, and cut it into coarse pieces. Finely crush the rock candy. Melt butter in a large frying pan, pour in the fruit, sprinkle with rock candy and caramelize. Then briefly extinguish with a good shot of Krem whiskey. Remove from the heat.
For the pancake batter, stir eggs and flour together and gradually add milk until the batter is creamy. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the batter in batches until pancakes are cooked through.
Then cut the pancakes into quarters. Form caramelized fruits on the pancake quarters, bring to the table with vanilla ice cream and decorate with berry fruits.
