For the nut nougat wreath, roll out the puff pastry on the work surface. Cut the longer side into strips about 2 centimeters wide from the bottom to just over halfway across. The puff pastry now looks like a large comb.

Roughly chop the hazelnuts with a food processor and spread them in the middle, of the not cut part, of the puff pastry. Place the Nutella on top of the nuts and fold the top edge over.
Roll up the puff pastry from the top and press the ends slightly together to form a wreath.
Whisk the milk with the yolk and brush the entire wreath with it. Sprinkle hail sugar on the protruding strips.
Bake the nut-nougat wreath in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes and enjoy warm or cold.
