For the mushroom wholemeal spirals, cook the wholemeal spirals in salted water.
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in canola oil. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add them.
Stew until all the water has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked wholemeal spirals, mix and fry for 10 minutes.
Finally, add the parsley. Serve the mushroom wholemeal spirals with salad.
