For the muffins with chocolate drops, line the muffin tin with paper cups and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Beat the eggs until frothy and stir together with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Slowly stir in the oil and also stir in the whipped cream.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and the chocolate drops and gently fold into the mixture.

Then divide the batter between the muffin cups using a tablespoon and bake for approx. 10 – 15 minutes.
