For the salad with chicken strips, finely slice the cucumbers and mix with yogurt and sour cream. Dress with dill, salt, pepper and a little vinegar.
For the potato salad, boil the potatoes. Then rinse, peel and cut into slices. Pour the still warm soup over the potato slices and let them cool and marinate for a few hours. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
For the green bean salad, wash the peppers, remove the stalk and remove all the seeds as well. Cut the peppers into small cubes and put them in a bowl with the green beans and the juice from them and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat oil in a pan and fry the strips until they are cooked through.
Arrange everything together with the washed salad and dress with a dressing of yogurt, salt and pepper.
