Cut the lime into eighths and add to the glass form. Add the mint and cane sugar.
Muddle the ingredients with a wooden pestle until you can smell the essential oils of the mint.
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the Lime Juice and top with soda water.
Stir gently with a bar spoon from bottom to top.
Place mint balls as decoration on top of the finished drink.
Shish kebab for stirring and a drinking straw in the glass form.
Tip: If you use juice from a lemon instead of lime juice, the drink tastes fresher.
