Try this delicious cake recipe:

Chop chocolate, finely grind 3/4 of the hazelnuts, coarsely chop the rest. Toast nuts in dry frying pan, stirring, until fragrant.

Separate eggs. Cream butter and sugar, gradually stir in yolks and rum. Combine the chocolate, flour, nuts and cardamom and stir in. Fold the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt into the batter.

Line a 30 cm loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Put it in the cold oven, set it to 170 °C and bake it for about 90 minutes. Coat the cooled cake with liquid cooking chocolate.
