Heat the fat in a frying pan and brown the minced meat heartily in it.

Cut the onion into cubes and add. Bring the vegetable soup to the boil and pour in the hominy.

Blend with a hand blender until the hominy is almost completely pureed. Later add whipped cream and Mexican vegetables.

Add the meat and onion to the soup, bring to the boil and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic.
