For this delicious lychee punch recipe, first drain the lychees, catching the juice as you go.

Cut the fruit in half and infuse with the port, white wine, cherry rum and juice from the cans in a large bowl for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally during this process.

Before serving, top the lychee punch with the iced mineral water.
