Spread bread with butter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place two slices of cheese on each slice of bread. Place tray in preheated oven.
E: middle. T: 200 °C / 4 to 6 min.
Cut tomatoes into slices, cover cheese toast with them and sprinkle with pepper, marjoram and sesame seeds. Put back into the oven for 3 to 4 min.
Whip egg whites until stiff. Mix Parmesan cheese with whipped cream and fold into the whipped cream. Spread amount evenly on top of tomatoes. Place in oven for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Serve tomato toast garnished with cress.
