For the Mediterranean crispbread salad, first peel and halve the garlic. Wash the young onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash and dice the zucchini and tomatoes. Wash, core and dice the apple as well. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Pluck the herbs. Chop the thyme finely.

Rub the brown bread with the cut surface of the garlic. Then cut into cubes. Also dice the white bread. Heat some olive oil in a pan and toss the young onion rings briefly in it. Add bread cubes and fry until crispy. Add zucchini, apple and capers and fry briefly. Add tomatoes and let them warm up briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix all ingredients for the marinade well.

Mix the Mediterranean crispbread salad with the marinade, sprinkle the basil leaves on top and serve.
