Instructions:

For the tangerine-mango sauce, squeeze the juice from 6 tangerines, peel and chop the remaining 2 tangerines.

Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients (except egg yolks and starch) in a pot and bring to a boil.

Add 2 egg yolks and starch and cook, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Pour the tangerine-mango sauce into a sauce pan and serve.
