1. rinse squid tubes and cut into narrow rings. Cook in boiling salted water for just under 1 minute. Immediately rinse and drain. Drain crab tails in brine.

Remove the garlic from the skin and chop it. Stir through with salt, pepper, juice of one lemon and perhaps sugar. Whisk in oil until hearty. Mix squid rings, crab tails and marinade. Let marinate for about 1 hour.

3. clean romaine lettuce, rinse and perhaps pluck a little smaller. Rinse parsley, chop finely. Spread out plate or possibly platter with romaine lettuce. Arrange Frutti di Mare on it and sprinkle parsley on top. Garnish lettuce with lemon.

Serve with bread.
